Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after [cutoff time, e.g., 2:00 PM CST] will be processed the next business day.

During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • LTL Freight (for oversized or bulk orders)

Shipping method is selected based on product size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Delivery location
  • Selected shipping method

For large or custom orders, shipping may be quoted separately.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Freight Shipments: 5–10 business days (varies by region)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Freight & Oversized Shipments

Certain items (including bulk bags, pallets, and large cargo control equipment) ship via freight carriers.

  • Customer must ensure delivery access (dock, forklift, or liftgate if requested)
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Liftgate service
    • Residential delivery
    • Limited access locations

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the continental United States
  • For Alaska, Hawaii, or international orders, please contact us for a quote

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Inspect shipment upon delivery
  2. Note any damage with the carrier
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges
  • ProBuilt USA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on availability and warehouse location.
